Roshambeaux’s Customer Service and Logistics teams are dedicated to getting you purchases shipped as safely and efficiently as possible.  We offer the below options and on all orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. 

Ground Shipping- Small parcel products shipping ground, will ship via FedEx. You will receive a tracking number once product has shipped. Items shipped Ground typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days of the shipment date.


Commercial Location with Dock- There is no additional charge for shipping to a commercial location, that has access to a dock or liftgate for unloading. Please include all necessary delivery info in the order notes section.

Commercial Location without Dock- If you are delivering to a commercial location, such as a business, but no liftgate or dock is available for unloading, you will need to select this option. Delivery of fright items must have access to a liftgate or dock, or they are subject to delay. Please include all necessary delivery info in the order notes section. There is a $50 fee for liftgate services.

Residential White Glove- This delivery option includes a 4 hour window for delivery.  Items will be brought into the home, carried up to 1 flight of stairs, placed in the room and location of choice, and packaging and materials will be removed. There is an additional fee of $150 for this shipping method.

Please be aware lighting installation is not included.



Please note the availability status of all items on your order.  In-stock items ship within 7 business days of order confirmation.  Lead times for backordered and pre-ordered items may vary and they typically ship within 7 business days once back in stock. We update our stock every two weeks.



Recipient must open and inspect the contents immediately upon arrival.  Should you find any issues please contact us for assistance.  Any claims for damages must be reported within 3 business days of shipment to qualify for credits or adjustments.  Please do not discard boxes or packing materials until you confirm the product is in good working order.  Freight deliveries must be inspected on site and any defects noted on the Bill of Lading when signing off on delivery.   Should you need to file a claim please contact Customer Service via email at  and one of our specialists will assist you.  We will require 3 pictures with your claim submission . One of the shipping label(s), one of the damaged item(s), and one of the box(es) your product(s)  arrived in.  Once an order has been shipped it can not be canceled, re-routed, or redirected.  Please do not refuse delivery of any non-damaged shipment as it could result in additional restocking fees, return shipping fees, and may void the eligibility of a refund.  Should you need to return your merchandise please review our Return Policy.
