Returns

Discounted purchases are not eligible for return. This includes, but is not limited to, sale items and/or any purchases made by a designer or trade account holder. Slight variations in finish, tone, and color are common due to our use of natural materials and the fact they are handmade. These variations are not grounds for a claim.

We do not accept returns/exchanges on beaded fixtures, drum pendants, custom fixtures, shades, or samples. 

 

Full-price retail purchases, excluding hand-made items, may be valid for exchange contingent on the following: 

A) All packages must be opened and inspected within 72 hours of receipt regardless of installation date.

B) All damages or defects MUST be reported by email within (5) days of arrival to Customerservice@ro-sham-beaux.com. On day (6) of arrival, Ro Sham Beaux is no longer liable for any damage or defects.

C) Customer saves the original packaging and box until the claim is resolved. Should return be damaged during transit due to improper packaging, purchaser will be liable for product.

D) Any return is contingent on the customer fulfilling all current return requirements including, but not limited to shipping item in original packaging and boxing, fulfilling necessary restocking fee requirements and notifying the correct contact within the eligible return timeframe.
